This is a great product to try if you want to try and break yourself from your coffee or soda break in the afternoon. Caffeine is addictive and you need more and more, as you body become immune to it’s effects.
The mega greens capsules, for me, are great and non addictive. I feel good every time I take them. It’s a green drink in a pill…how can that be bad?! A lot cheaper in the long run then soda too.
